SMS program

Orbitem Corp (“Orbitem,” “we,” “us”) builds SoMe, BossAI, DottedLine, and publications. This page is the public Call to Action for SMS.

We currently send SMS only for DottedLine (two-factor authentication / one-time passcodes). SoMe, BossAI, and publications do not send SMS under this program.

What we send (DottedLine)

One-time passcodes so you can verify the phone number on your DottedLine account, and later confirm a new phone or browser. Message frequency varies. You may receive up to three verification texts per hour when you request a code. Message and data rates may apply. We do not send promotional texts.

How you opt in

1. Create a free DottedLine account at app-dottedline.orbitem.com/register. Phone number and SMS consent are not required to create an account.

2. After you sign in, open Verify phone (app-dottedline.orbitem.com/verify-phone or Profile → Verify phone in the iOS/Android app).

3. Enter your mobile number, check the box below (it starts unchecked), then tap Send code. No text is sent until that box is checked.

After your number is verified, Orbitem may text additional one-time DottedLine sign-in codes to that same number when you sign in from a new device. There is no keyword, paper, or verbal opt-in.

Opt out, help, and re-enrollment

Reply STOP to cancel. Reply HELP for help. After STOP, opt in again in DottedLine the same way you did the first time (Verify phone, unchecked SMS checkbox, then Send code). There is no keyword opt-in. Message and data rates may apply.
